Right now we are wordhipping together online. But even when we get back to worshipping together we try to ensure that all our services are family friendly.
When we have our Family Services they are for all age groups and offer a chance to participate in worship together as God’s Family.
Services are generally about 45mins long, we sing well known hymns, and have a Bible Reading. There's an informal ‘talk’ which can involve the children and young people.
Worship is then usually followed by tea and coffee - please feel free to stay a little longer and get to know eachother.
From time to time we also have a bring and share lunch, a picnic or go for a walk. See the diary and weekly bulletin for details.
We know that busy families with children often find that Sunday is not always the easiest day to attend church. So we have been developing a programme of worshipful events on other days.
Prior to lockdown we'd begun to have a monthly Messy Church on Saturday afternoon. We'll restart as soon as we can safely do so. And when we do it's a time when Families can creatively explore their faith together away from the formalities of a Sunday service. Compete the form if you want to get information about Messy Church and our regular newsletter. See also Parish Events for details.
