In this United Benefice, all four Parochial Church Councils (PCCs) - the governing bodies of each ecclesiastical parish - meet for a single Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM).

The meeting comprises three parts, The Parish Meeting to elect Wardens, The APCM for each PCC and the first PCC meeting of the newly elected bodies to appoint the officers.

Wardens can be elected at The Parish Meeting by resident members of the parish on the Voting Register of the Civil Parish, and those on the Electoral Roll of the Warden's church.

Voting at the APCM is for members of the church Electoral Roll only.
