Reopening Churches
for Public Worship Survey

From 4th July 2020, Public Worship can begin again in churches. We are planning how to do this safely and how best to meet the needs of our community, recognising that not everyone is able to come out of lockdown at the same pace.

We surveyed the community to help inform the PCC decisionmaking and with the guidelines for how to do it only being published late on Tuesday 30th June, we have more work to do before we can safely open.

It would really help me and our PCCs, if you and your household could continue to respond to our short ten-question survey, especially if you've not already done so, as it will help with our ongoing planning.

The survey will be updated from time to time as we seek clarity.

To take the survey, please click on this link below and you'll be taken to our current survey on the SurveyMonkey website. Pop in your answers and, at the end of question 10, press DONE. That's all there is to it.

You don't need to sign-up to anything and you don't need to do their survey at the end.

More information about the survey

The ten questions are mostly multiple choice, with a few places for you to write your own reply. If you don't want to answer, move on to the next question. But we hope you won't find any questions intrusive and will want to respond.

We'd like your whole household to have a chance to respond so, just ask them to visit this website and complete the survey from their own device.

Your Information
We're not collecting any personal information and the survey is anonymous. We'll keep the data for as long as we need it to implement the reopening of churches in this benefice. Survey Monkey who collect the data on our behalf will ask you to agree to their Cookies and make you aware of their Privacy Policy. See also Quintet Churches Privacy Policy on our website.

Thank you so much for your help and cooperation.
