Let's Celebrate Pentecost

It's the birthday of the Christian Church. Against all the odds, some may say, we have thrived during lockdown. I would dearly love for us be able to celebrate our resiliance and God-given gifts. This is one of the great ways for you to celebrate the festival of Pentecost.

To get ready, I'm inviting you and your family to send me short video clips, audio files, photo or email messages that illustrate your tallents or offer a prayer thanking God for something or someone.
I will make a short video and upload it on You Tube over the Pentecost weekend. If you want to take part, this is how:

To take part in the 'Church Alive' Pentecost video, please film your short clips (max 2 minutes) in LANDSCAPE.

Send your video file to me using 'We Transfer' at https://wetransfer.com to my email address:

If you don't want to appear on screen but want to send an audio message or recording of singing or playing, many smart phones and tablets have an 'audio note' function or, if you are more ambitious and have an iPhone you'll have the free GarageBand App. Either way you can record yourself and send me an audio file instead.

Or, you can just send me a lovely photo of something you want to praise God for, or write a prayer on an email which I'll read out on the film.

Be creative, have fun, celebrate the Holy Spirit.
